Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context clearly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Account Verification (KYC)

mn77 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage — including during registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or when a suspicious transaction is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. You may also be required to provide proof of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming ownership).

Residential Eligibility

The mn77 platform is directed at players residing in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting and gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. mn77 accepts no liability for any Player accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where such activities may be restricted or regulated.

Account Management

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mn77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to mn77 support and mn77 has confirmed the report in writing.

mn77 will never contact you unsolicited to request your account password. Any communication claiming to be from mn77 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to mn77 support immediately.

Account Suspension & Closure

mn77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if it reasonably believes that a Player has violated these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspected fraud, mn77 may withhold funds pending investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mn77 support. Please refer to the Responsible Gaming page for information on self-exclusion options if the reason for closure is related to gambling behaviour.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has occurred within a consecutive period of 180 days. mn77 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳50 per month to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. The balance remaining in an inactive account will not fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

mn77 accepts deposits exclusively via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All wallet balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

mn77 does not charge any fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside mn77's control. Players are encouraged to check their MFS provider's fee schedule independently.

You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. mn77 reserves the right to reverse deposits received from unverified or third-party payment sources.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless mn77 support has approved an alternative arrangement in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Players.

All withdrawals require a fully verified account (KYC completed). For verified accounts in good standing, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your MFS provider while funds remain in your mn77 wallet, or after placing bets with deposited funds, is considered a breach of these Terms. mn77 reserves the right to close the relevant account, void any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed funds through all available channels.

Bonuses & Promotions

mn77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these General Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be limited to one per household, device, IP address, or payment method account at mn77's discretion.
• Bonuses must be opted in to or claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unclaimed bonuses expire after the stated deadline.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms page.
• mn77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, alter its terms, or cancel an active bonus if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or exploitation of any promotional offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as provided by the applicable Wagering Requirement conditions.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a promotional banner or social media post and the terms published on the mn77 website, the terms on the website take precedence.

VIP Loyalty Programme

Betting Rules

All bets placed on mn77 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market, in addition to these General Terms. The mn77 sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as available.

Bet Acceptance

Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet is only considered accepted once mn77 has issued a confirmed bet reference number. mn77 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed the stated market maximum or that are placed on markets where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the cancellation of a match or event; incorrect odds resulting from a technical error; the identification of match-fixing or integrity concerns; or where the bet was placed after the official result was already determined (late betting). Void bets are refunded to the Player's wallet at the original stake amount.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice during an event, including during breaks in play, following significant game events, or when mn77 requires time to reassess odds. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. mn77's live score data is provided for informational purposes and may be subject to a short delay; Players should not rely solely on mn77's live data when making in-play betting decisions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mn77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all wallet funds and pending winnings, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Creating more than one account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mn77 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mn77 platform — including but not limited to the mn77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data — is the proprietary property of mn77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the mn77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any mn77 content without prior written authorisation from mn77.

The mn77 brand name, domain name, and logo may not be used in any marketing, advertising, social media content, or other publication without mn77's express written consent.

Privacy & Data

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the mn77 operating entity's jurisdiction of registration.

In the event of a dispute between you and mn77 regarding the outcome of a bet, game result, or account matter, you should first contact mn77 support to seek an informal resolution. mn77 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
